What's the difference between Email only, Freelancer and Business?
Email only (€19/yr): 3 mailboxes of 10 GB for the domain you already have. Freelancer (€29/yr): .es domain included and 1 mailbox of 25 GB. Business (€39/yr): .es domain included and 3 mailboxes of 25 GB. All VAT included, billed yearly.
Can I use my current domain?
Yes. With the Email only plan you connect the domain you already have, with any extension (.es, .com, .eu…). With Freelancer or Business we register a new .es in your name, included in the price.
What happens after I pay?
We email you access to your panel. There you complete the registrant details (Spanish NIF/CIF), we register your .es right away and you create your mailboxes: about 5 minutes in total. With the Solo plan, instead of registering a domain we show you the DNS records to add at your current provider.
Does the price go up at renewal?
No. You pay the same price always*, with no increases in the second year. And if it's not for you, there's a 30-day money-back guarantee (except domain registration).
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice showing the VAT separately. If you're buying as a business, tick that option at checkout and enter your tax ID (NIF/CIF or EU VAT): the invoice is issued in your company's name, with your billing address.
Can I use it in Outlook, Gmail or on my phone?
Yes. You get webmail and you can also set up your mailboxes in any mail app (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, the Gmail app…) over IMAP and SMTP.
Will my emails reach the inbox?
Yes. We configure DKIM, SPF and DMARC for maximum deliverability.
How do I move from Gmail or Hotmail to my professional email?
You create your mailboxes in the panel and start using them the same day. If you want to bring your old emails, we help you import them over IMAP without losing messages.
What if the domain I want is taken?
Search before you pay: the search tells you instantly whether the .es is free. If it isn't, try a variant (with a hyphen, your city or your trade).
Can I add more mailboxes?
Business includes 3 mailboxes. If you need more, write to us and we'll prepare a tailored upgrade.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union, GDPR compliant.
How do I cancel and get a refund?
There's no lock-in: turn off renewal whenever you like, with no penalty. Within the first 30 days you can ask for a refund through the contact form (excluding the domain registration cost).
